Cutoffs and changes

Every monthly cycle has a cutoff (normally 7 days before delivery). Changes you make — pause, skip, box change, address change or cancellation — take effect as follows:

Skip a cycle	Current cycle skipped if not yet locked	Next available cycle is skipped; the current order remains
Change box	Current cycle uses the new box if capacity and pricing allow	Applies from the next cycle
Change address	Applies if the new address is in a delivery zone	Applies from the next cycle unless operations approves an exception
Cancel	Stops the current cycle if not locked and refund policy allows	Stops future renewals; the current locked order is still delivered
Add a once-off item	Allowed while add-on sales are open	Not available
